Tim Bond is the founding member of Bond Chartered Architects , which is now a father and son alliance, who have successfully worked and collaborated in managing an array architectural building projects together.
We are resolute in ensuring our Clients with a professional and proficient design service. Each design is a conscious, incisive and delicate operation, appropriate to the Client. We work closely with Clients to achieve a quality of architecture that is able to provide sustainable and robust design with in the built environment.
Founder & Principle Architect: Tim Bond
Tim Bond is the founder of Bond Chartered Architects. Training at the university of East London before joining Barbar Casanovas Ruffles in 1985 and later at Nicholas Ray Associates in Cambridge. Tim is a Chartered Architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB). His experience includes barn conversions, alterations to listed buildings and buildings in conservation areas; including new build residential and has extensive expertise in small residential one off house extension projects for individual Clients. His other project experience covers local authority work, sport and leisure, healthcare and a variety of commercial new build design and refurbishment projects; including new build offices and conversions.
Architect: Chris Bond
Chris Bond trained at Canterbury, Birmingham and Leeds University. In 2001 he worked for CHQ Partnership Architects & Building Surveyors and later for Nuttall Yarwood & Partners Ltd, an Architects Practice in West Yorkshire), before joining Bond Chartered Architects in 2009. His experience includes commercial supermarkets, healthcare buildings, public residential refurbishments and conversions, new build private housing and extensions to existing houses.
